It’s a course of 48km with cumulative altitude of 2500m. The first part is quite flat. Except for the part from Sarubino hot spring (altitude about 250m) to Saikyou mountain (altitude 682m) climbing 400m, it’s a relatively fast course. The middle part is the full-scale mountainous course mainly in Aburahidake situated at the south edge of Suzuka mountains with rugged hills. It requires power as well as skill. The last part is the course going down from the Rei mountain shoulder to Tashiro pond and going back to Sabiruno hot spring passing Tokai natural walkway. There are various plants and historical ruins related to Ninjya in the battle of Tensho-Iga along the course so please enjoy while appreciating historical romance.
